Hi, My name is Lee Ortivez. I have 3 wonderful children named Hannah, Christian, and Ché, and two new additions, grandsons,
Jayden Lee and Gabriel. I have been a professional hairdresser for 28 years, beginning in high school. I am licensed cosmetology
instructor, I worked for Scot Lewis Paul Mitchell Partner school in 2009 while owning and operating Salon Ché Salon and Day Spa,
located in historic downtown Nampa. During that time I was a TIGI Ambassador giving frequent product knowledge classes at the
surrounding schools and salons. I enjoy working with and serving people. I am very active in my church, Higher Ground Worship.

After I injured my back, I found
massage to be the answer to my pain. My desire to learn this skill came after I found an excellent massage
therapist who helped me to regain functionality.  She provided massage from her intuitive touch and she had an incredible talent that gave me
ongoing relief. I had no idea one could gain so much release from pain through massage.
I was very interested in how she did her
skill so well, I gained a high respect for her work. Thought at the time this would be something I was interested in doing in later years.
When my son graduated from High School, it was the perfect time for me to jump into something new.
I believe in providing the client
the best experience and giving the most help I can possibly bring. I like to release the muscle tension in the easiest fashion first.
Once the muscles are relaxed, the surrounding area will usually release tension as well. Some muscle issues require depth to address the
problem, but I leave that decision to YOU.
I Love to see the relief on their faces. My clients enjoy a relaxing atmosphere while I
enjoy bringing more health into each individual's life.
One of my favorite hobbies is gardening. I loved working in the yard and
raising horses when I was younger; the turkeys were comical as well as goats. I drove Clydesdale teams at the Fair and raised Texas Longhorn Cattle. All my experiences have enhanced what I do today and that is to bring joy and relief to other people.
